All returns are subject to a $9.95 return fee deducted from your refund amount. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or as a store credit. We do our best to make you comfortable.

What is the order minimum? 
There is no minimum order. To qualify for free shipping you must order at least $150.00. 
 
How do I place an order?

When will my order ship? 
Items ship within 1-2 weeks. Customer Service will contact you if shipping for your order is expected to exceed our standard lead time. 

How much does it cost to ship within the continental United States? 
Standard-sized shipments are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. The shipping cost as well as all duties and tariffs are included in the price.  

RETURN POLICY 
We stand behind our product 100% and if there are any damages, they must be reported within 48 hours. The problem will be resolved and a replacement with be sent as soon as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied after 30 nights, contact us and we will activate our Guarantee.
